Metallic workpieces made of stainless steel/ steel, as well as titanium, can be marked either by discoloration or engraving.

Aluminium anodised in various colours is outstandingly appropriate for marking machine type plates. To do this, the laser beam ablates one or more layers of the anodised material and thereby uncovers the basic material. The thin colour coat permits high labelling speeds and is consequently particularly useful for meeting your labelling needs quickly.
